A Woman's Story Podcast

Background

A Woman’s Story Podcast was developed as the official podcast for Onobiren: A Woman’s Story, extending the film’s narrative beyond the cinema.

The podcast serves as a platform for conversations around the themes of the film, bringing together inspiring women to share real stories, perspectives, and experiences. As part of the broader campaign, the brand needed to feel emotionally resonant, culturally relevant, and visually connected to the film while still standing on its own.

The Approach

The identity was built around the idea of voice, community, and shared experience. It needed to feel expressive and intimate while maintaining enough strength to reflect the weight of the film’s themes.

The logo was designed as an abstract icon, using the letter “W” to form the silhouette of a woman. This creates a simple but meaningful visual that ties directly to the idea of women’s stories while remaining distinctive and scalable across platforms.

I developed a visual system that balances warmth and boldness, ensuring the brand feels both personal and impactful. The identity extends across YouTube thumbnails and promotional designs, where clarity and engagement are key. Each asset was designed to capture attention quickly while maintaining consistency and reinforcing the emotional tone of the podcast.

The result is a cohesive identity that expands the film’s storytelling into a conversational format, creating a unified experience across both content and audience touchpoints.
