Cliknic

Background

Cliknic is a telemedicine concept designed to make healthcare feel faster, simpler, and more accessible. The idea behind the platform was to create a service where patients could connect with doctors quickly, receive care remotely, and manage their health without the barriers often associated with traditional healthcare.

As an early-stage concept, Cliknic needed more than just a logo or an interface. It needed a complete brand system that could communicate trust, innovation, and accessibility from the very first interaction. The challenge was to create a brand that felt modern and digital, while still maintaining the reassurance and credibility people expect from healthcare.

The project also needed to equip the founders with the tools to present the business confidently to both potential users and investors. This meant developing a complete identity system, a strong brand story, a compelling pitch deck, and a landing page that could clearly communicate the product’s value.


Our Approach

My role covered the entire brand development process, from naming the product to designing the visual identity and digital touchpoints.

The name “Cliknic” was created by combining the ideas of “click” and “clinic,” reflecting the platform’s core promise: making healthcare available in just a few clicks. The name was designed to feel simple, memorable, and instantly connected to the idea of digital healthcare.

From there, I developed a visual identity that balanced technology with trust. The branding was built around clean typography, a fresh colour palette, and a modern design language that felt approachable without losing its professional edge. The goal was to create a brand that could appeal to patients, doctors, and investors alike.

The logo was derived from an outline sketch of a computer mouse and a heart signifying tech enabled care. Supporting brand elements, including icons, layouts, and graphic patterns, were created to make the identity flexible across both digital and print applications.

To help the founders communicate the vision of the product, I also designed a pitch deck that presented the problem, solution, market opportunity, and business model in a clear and visually engaging way. The deck was designed to simplify necessary information and make the business feel both credible and investment-ready.

Alongside this, I created a series of social media designs that could be used to introduce the brand, explain its features, and build early awareness around the concept. The social media system included announcement posts, educational content, testimonials, feature highlights, and launch visuals, all designed to remain consistent with the wider identity.

Finally, I designed the Cliknic landing page. The website was created to act as the first point of contact between the brand and its audience. It needed to explain the product quickly, build trust immediately, and encourage visitors to download the app.

The landing page was structured to guide users through the story of the product in a few simple steps: what Cliknic is, who it is for, how it works, and why it matters. Clear messaging, strong calls to action, and a clean interface were used to make the experience feel intuitive and trustworthy.I also developed the Cliknic app UI, designing it to reflect the same simplicity, trust, and accessibility as the wider brand. Clean layouts and intuitive navigation were used to make tasks like booking appointments and speaking with doctors feel quick and effortless.

The result was a complete and cohesive brand system that positioned Cliknic as a modern telemedicine platform with the credibility and clarity needed to stand out.
