Background

Early-stage founders often struggle with managing payroll as their teams grow. Existing tools are either too complex, too expensive, or not built with the realities of African businesses in mind.

CollectWire was created to simplify payroll for founders, teams, and service providers by offering an accessible and locally relevant solution. The goal of the pitch deck was to clearly communicate this vision while positioning the product as a scalable business opportunity.

The Approach

I designed a structured seed-stage pitch deck that presents CollectWire’s story with clarity and intent. The narrative moves from problem to solution, highlighting gaps in existing payroll systems and positioning CollectWire as a simple, automated alternative built for emerging businesses.

Each section of the deck was carefully organized to guide investors through the opportunity. The problem, target users, product features, and future roadmap were clearly framed, supported by clean visuals and consistent layout systems.

The design direction focused on clarity and hierarchy. Information was simplified into digestible sections, using visual cues, icons, and spacing to improve readability and maintain engagement throughout the presentation.
